Bay View Weddings at Gallagher Farms is a destination to be discovered and enjoyed with the ones you love. We are committed to ensuring that our clients will have the time and support they need to create and enjoy their wedding. With time before and after the day of the wedding, there is no rush get everything ready on your wedding day. Thus, you will have the time you need to relax, live in the moment, and spend memorable time with your loved ones. With Bay View Weddings being on over four hundred acres of contiguous farmland, you will feel an immediate sense of peace, tranquility, and awe in the natural beauty of our family farm in addition to rolling hills, forests, fields, vineyards, and cherry orchards. We welcome our clients to experience the true beauty of Northern Michigan right here in beautiful Traverse City!

Peak Season, 2025 (May through October)

  • Bay View Hill Top Wedding Venue including Tent with Sides
  • Tables and Chairs are included
  • Optional The Bay View Hill Top Ceremony Site (Near the Tented Venue)
  • Optional The Overlook Ceremony Site (Includes Guest Bus Transportation to and from the Ceremony Site)
  • Optional The Forest Ceremony Site
  • We can host up to 240 Wedding Guests in tent. Additional tent rental may be required for larger events.
  • Day-of-Wedding Coordinator to assist with Décor and Logistics is Included: We are happy to help and serve you!

Included at Bay View Weddings, 2025 (May through October)

  • Access to the farm and tented venue on the morning of the wedding until 11 pm with all guests exiting the farm and tent venue after the event ends.
  • We can accommodate up to 240 guests for a sit-down dinner. An additional tent may be rented for larger events. Please contact us for your specific accommodations.
  • Day-of-Wedding Coordinator to assist with Décor and Logistics is Included: We are happy to help and serve you!
  • Round and Banquet Tables, Cocktail Tables, Up to Eight Farm Tables, and White Padded Chairs are provided
  • Dance floor is provided
  • Caterer’s Tent is included
  • String lights and chandeliers are provided in the tent for evening lighting
  • Up to two golf carts are provided to move around the property
  • Four Station Restroom Trailer is included
  • Bonfire/Fire Table as requested
  • Wood Bar is included
  • Numerous placement options for an Optional Cocktail Hour
  • Wide variety of table and chair set-up options under the tent are available
  • Caterers and vendors can access the property easily
  • Large Spaces Available for Onsite Parking
  • Bay View Weddings Staff available to direct guest parking, assist with decor setup, and decor teardown.

  • Linens and Decor (Floral, Centerpieces, etc.)
  • Music (DJ or Live Music)
  • Licensed Caterer with Bartender or a TIPS Certified Bartender to serve alcohol if doing alcohol privately along with alcohol coverage on the rider
  • Day of Insurance rider

  • Tables and Chairs (If you would prefer to rent your own otherwise we have them available for you 🙂 )

If a client prefers guidance and assistance in selecting vendors to help create their special event or wedding vision, we are happy to support clients in providing vendor suggestions for your special event or wedding.
